Gay Schreiber is Co-President of McCormack Schreiber Legal Solutions. Gay has over 20 years of combined experience as a legal recruiter and a practicing attorney in Chicago. She brings to McCormack Schreiber Legal Solutions her experience of over a decade as Co-President of McCormack Schreiber Legal Search, Chicago's premier permanent attorney search firm. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in 1983 from Emory University. She earned her J.D. in 1986 from Boston University School of Law. Gay's legal experience includes practicing as a litigation attorney with Winston & Strawn LLP in Chicago. Gay regularly meets and consults with law firms and companies about attorney hiring strategies and objectives, and has spoken before legal and professional organizations on attorney recruiting and career issues.
